Legal Sea Foods Offers Fish Tours -- Grub Street Boston

Maybe you're really curious about where Legal's seafood actually comes from in the wake of that sustainable seafood brouhaha. If so, you'll be gratified to know that the restaurant will now offer tours of its fish processing and testing plant on the Southie waterfront. It's $7 a pop; sandals and flip-flops aren't allowed. Tours happen every Thursday morning through August. Proceeds benefit the Boston Harbor Association; spritzes of post-tour deodorant not included. As for us, we'd rather slurp our clam chowder in blissful ignorance. [Universal Hub]
